The Austin boys increased their win streak to 4 games with a road win over Northfield on Friday night, 67 to 50. Austin has now won 6 of their last 7 games. Austin revenged a loss to the Raiders earlier this year, when they lost by one on a last second free throw. This time Austin was not going to let that happen. The Pack started the game hot, going on a 11-0 run, led by Nik Gasner with 3 -3 pointers. However, the Packers needed a buzzer beater by Senior Jon Knorr at the half to lead by 4, 31-27. The second half saw a quick start for the Packers again, but the lead was only 6 with 5:47 left to play. Unlike the first game, the Packers finished strong with a 14 to 3 run and actually scoring the last 11 points to get the 17 point victory. Austin was led in scoring by Gach Gach who had 17 and Zach Coffey with 16 points.
