The Packers have continued to find success this season with some signature wins along the way. Since the Holiday break Austin has gone 15-1 to bring their record to 22-1. Along the way the Packers picked up big wins defeating ranked AAA Mankato East twice, Section rival Northfield twice, winning a road game against AA power house Minnehaha Academy and Beating Rochester John Marhsall. The only loss on the season came to Owatonna at home. Tonight The Packers travel to Owatonna to try to avenge their only loss in an important game for Big 9 standings.
Austin is currently on top of the Big 9 standings with a 18-1 conference record. Right behind the Packers are the John Marhsall Rockets at 17-2. The Huskies are currently in third at 16-3. With a win in Owatonna the Packers will most likely clinch at least a share of the Big 9 title going into their last two games against Albert Lea and John Marhsall.
