The Packers played a rare Monday/Tuesday back to back to pickup two more wins.  They were the 3rd and 4th games in the last 6 days for Austin.

Monday the Austin traveled to Kasson-Mantorville.  This was a rescheduled game from an earlier snow out.  Austin led 50-45 at halftime.   Both teams shot the ball well and played at a fast pace.  Austin started the second half with an 11-0 run and never looked back.  Duoth hit seven 3’s on his was to 29 points. Both had 20 points and 8 assists.    Austin won the game 91-74.

Tuesday was a homegame vs. Red Wing.  Earlier in the year the Wingers played Austin tough losing 65-62 in Red Wing.  The first half Tuesday was close most of the way.  In the second half Austin attacked the paint and pulled away for good. The Packers won 75-53.  Both Gach had 21 points, Oman had 12 and Hebrink added 10.

Austin is currently 18-1.  They are in first place in section 1AAA and are in second place in the Big 9 conference behind Rochester John Marshal.  The Pack are on the road at Rochester Century this Friday.
